From Interstate 64 take exit 231A onto Croaker Road and go 1.5 miles toward the village of Norge. Turn left onto Route 60/Richmond Road. Tumbler Bay is approximately one-half mile on the right, in the Williamsburg Doll Factory Shopping Center. From the Prime Outlets, drive approximately 4.5 miles west on Route 60/Richmond Road. Tumbler Bay is on the left in the Williamsburg Doll Factory Shopping Center.
