Tumblers that we sell that have Signature USA or Signature Series stamped on the bottom of the tumblers have a manufacturers lifetime guarantee. Should the cup or mug purchased from us become defective in any way, you may return it to us for a free replacement. No proof of purchase is required. Please note that lids and other high quality brands that we sell in our retail stores and online at tumblerbay.com are not included in this lifetime guarantee.
